教育部國民及學前教育署函送「教育部國民及學前教育署第8屆青少年諮詢會青少年代表遴選簡章」

說明：

一、為促進青少年參與教育公共事務，廣徵青少年對教育公共事務之建言，並建立本署政策諮詢管道，特設置本署青少年諮詢會，透過公開遴選青少年代表。

二、旨揭遴選簡章之資訊摘要如下（詳如附件）：

（一）報名資格：
1、凡年滿 12 歲、未滿 25 歲之青少年。年齡之計算，以算至本屆委員起聘日（民國 115 年 4 月 1 日）為準，即民國 91 年 4 月 2 日至民國 103 年 4 月 1 日出生者。
2、未曾違反《兒童及少年福利與權益保障法》、《性別平等教育法》或其相關法令。

（二）報名方式：
請於 115 年 1 月 24 日（星期六）前，備妥報名資料寄至「國立員林高級農工職業學校學務處」（510011 彰化縣員林市員水路二段 313 號），信封上請註明「教育部國民及學前教育署第 8 屆青少年諮詢會之青少年代表報名」（以郵戳為憑）；或以電子郵件方式，將報名資料彙整為單一 PDF 電子檔，寄送至報名信箱（cindy750831@gmail.com）。

（三）遴選方式：
分為三階段辦理，包含第一階段資格初審、第二階段書面複審及第三階段面試決審。

四、另為落實《兒童權利公約》，保障兒童之參與權、表意權與資訊取得權，並確保每位兒童皆能平等參與公共事務，爰請貴校確實將本類兒少代表遴選資訊轉達學生知悉，以利兒少依自身需求報名參加遴選。

Explanation ：

1. In order to encourage youth participation in public education affairs, gather youth perspectives and recommendations, and establish policy consultation channels, the Agency has established the Youth Advisory Council. Youth representatives are selected through an open and public recruitment process.

2. A summary of the selection guidelines is provided below (please refer to the attachment for full details):

   (1) Eligibility Requirements:

   1. Applicants must be youth aged between 12 and under 25 years old. Age eligibility is calculated as of the appointment date of this term (April 1, 2026). Eligible applicants must have been born between April 2, 2002 and April 1, 2014.

   2. Applicants must not have violated the Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act, the Gender Equity Education Act, or any related regulations.

   (2) Application Method:
   Applicants shall submit all required application documents no later than January 24, 2026 (Saturday). Applications may be sent by mail to the Office of Student Affairs, National Yuanlin Agricultural & Industrial Vocational Senior High School (No. 313, Section 2, Yuanshui Road, Yuanlin City, Changhua County 510011, Taiwan). The envelope should be clearly marked “Application for Youth Representative of the 8th Youth Advisory Council, K–12 Education Administration, Ministry of Education” (postmark date shall prevail).
   Alternatively, applicants may submit their application materials consolidated into a single PDF file via email to: cindy750831@gmail.com.

   (3) Selection Process:
   The selection process consists of three stages:

   • Stage 1: Eligibility Screening

   • Stage 2: Written Document Review

   • Stage 3: Final Interview

4. In order to implement the Convention on the Rights of the Child and to safeguard children’s rights to participation, expression, and access to information, as well as to ensure equal opportunities for all children to engage in public affairs, schools are requested to disseminate the relevant information regarding the selection of youth representatives to students, so that eligible children and youth may apply according to their individual needs.
