📢【畢業典禮汽車入校通行證申請公告Graduation Ceremony Vehicle Entry Permit Application Announcement】

親愛的畢業生您好：

畢業典禮即將到來，先恭喜你即將邁向人生新的旅程✨

📌為確保 115 年 6 月 13 日（星期六）畢業典禮活動順遂，並妥善服務遠途家長開車入校之需求，特開放申請「汽車入校通行證」。相關作業敬請配合以下事項：

一、為減輕校園周邊交通負擔，建議畢業生及家長優先搭乘大眾運輸工具前來。

二、汽車入校通行證將依各系畢業生人數及校內可容納車輛數量分配，若申請人數超過配額，將採抽籤方式辦理。

三、每位畢業生限申請1張通行證，請於115年05月15日（星期五）中午12時前完成申請，逾期視同放棄。

四、通行證預計於115年05月20日至06月08日發放（每日10:00－19:00），請依指定時間至課外活動指導組(H101)領取，當日須憑證入校。

五、校外實習生如需郵寄，請來信聯繫課外活動指導組雅純（E-mail：lisa0124@hk.edu.tw），並註明學號、姓名及班級。

六、請依各場次申請通行證，並於下列連結完成申請：

七、若校內停車空間已滿，將進行車輛管制，即使持有通行證亦無法入校，敬請見諒。

八、為配合典禮場次動線安排，請務必依各場次開放入校時間及通行證顏色進入校園；未於開放時段內或未依規定使用發放的通行證者，將不予入校，敬請配合。

Dear Graduates,

Congratulations on reaching this important milestone as you prepare to embark on a new chapter of your life ✨

📌 To ensure the smooth operation of the Commencement Ceremony on June 13, 2026 (Saturday) and to better accommodate families traveling from afar by car, we are opening applications for Campus Vehicle Entry Permits. Please carefully review and comply with the following guidelines:

1.To reduce traffic congestion around campus, graduates and their families are encouraged to use public transportation whenever possible.

2.The number of vehicle entry permits will be allocated based on the number of graduates in each department and the campus parking capacity. If applications exceed the quota, a lottery system will be applied.

3.Each graduate may apply for one (1) permit only. Please complete the application by 12:00 PM, May 15, 2026 (Friday). Late applications will not be accepted.

4.Permits will be distributed from May 20 to June 8, 2026 (daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Please collect your permit at the Extracurricular Activities Section (H101) during your designated time. A valid permit is required for campus entry on the day of the ceremony.

5.For students currently on off-campus internships who require mailing service, please contact Ms. Ya-Chun via email at lisa0124@hk.edu.tw, and include your student ID, name, and class.

6.Please apply for a vehicle entry permit according to your assigned session and designated permit color, and complete the application via the links below：

7.If campus parking reaches full capacity, vehicle entry will be restricted. Even with a valid permit, entry may be denied. We appreciate your understanding.

8.To facilitate traffic flow and movement arrangements for each ceremony session, please enter the campus strictly in accordance with your designated session’s entry time and permit color. Entry will be denied to those who arrive outside the designated time or fail to use the issued permit as required (e.g., using plain white paper). Thank you for your cooperation.
