114學年度畢業班領取畢業證書注意事項Important Notes for Graduating Students of the 114th Academic Year on Collecting Graduation Certificates！

➤領證流程：學生於領取畢業證書時，務必於畢業證書印領清冊簽名或蓋章。

➤委託領證：若本人無法到校領取證書，得親自填寫委託書，將➊委託書➋學生個人私章➌學生附有照片之身分證件交由受託人代領，並請➍受託人攜帶附有照片之身分證件；領取時於畢業證書印領清冊簽章及繳交委託書。(委託書請至教務處-註冊組-表單下載-委託書下載)

➤領取畢業證書指定教室如下表：

➤ Graduation Certificate Collection Procedure：
When collecting the graduation certificate, students must sign or stamp the graduation certificate receipt list.

➤ Authorized Collection：
If a student is unable to collect the certificate in person, they may authorize another person by personally completing an authorization form and providing:
➊ the authorization form
➋ the student’s personal seal/stamp
➌ the student’s photo identification document

The authorized representative must also bring:
➍ their own photo identification document

When collecting the certificate, the representative must sign or stamp the graduation certificate receipt list and submit the authorization form.
