畢聯會費補繳及退費說明 Notice Regarding Graduation Association Fee Supplementary Payment and Refund

為辦理畢聯會費補繳及退費事宜，針對誤繳畢聯會費，或未收到繳費單但有意願繳交畢聯會費之同學，後續將開放辦理退費及補繳。

一、日間部畢聯會費：新臺幣1,300元。
二、進修部畢聯會費：新臺幣1,000元。

三、辦理說明
（一）誤繳畢聯會費之同學，後續可辦理退費。
（二）未收到畢聯會費繳費單，但有意願繳交畢聯會費之同學，後續可辦理補繳。
（三）實際退費及補繳辦理日期，待本次畢聯會費繳費期限9/30截止，並俟銀行提供相關繳費資料後確認辦理時程。
（四）確定辦理日期、時間及地點後，將另行公告，請有相關需求之同學留意學校最新公告及畢聯會官方社群平台。

Notice Regarding Graduation Association Fee Refund and Supplementary Payment

To facilitate the refund and supplementary payment of the Graduation Association Fee, students who have mistakenly paid the fee, or who did not receive a payment notice but wish to pay the fee, will be able to apply for a refund or make a supplementary payment at a later date.

1. Day Division Graduation Association Fee: NT$1,300
2. Continuing Education Division Graduation Association Fee: NT$1,000
3. Procedures and Important Information

(1) Students who have mistakenly paid the Graduation Association Fee may apply for a refund at a later date.

(2) Students who did not receive a payment notice but wish to pay the Graduation Association Fee may make a supplementary payment at a later date.

(3) The actual dates for refunds and supplementary payments will be determined after the payment period ends and the relevant payment information is provided by the bank.

(4) Once the dates, times, and venues for the refund and supplementary payment procedures have been confirmed, a separate announcement will be issued. Students are advised to pay attention to the latest university announcements and the official social media platforms of the Graduation Associations.
